VOLUNTEER ASSISTANT COACH
Stevenson University, Men's Basketball
Started my coaching career as an volunteer assistant coach following the completion of my playing career at Stevenson University. Under the leadership of Gary Stewart.
2012
GRADUATE ASSISTANT COACH
Stevenson University, Women's Basketball
Was hired in July of 2012 as a Graduate Assistant Coach under Jackie Boswell. Double win total from 2012-13 season to 2013-14 season. Take the program to it 2nd post-season appearance and capturing the programs first ever post-season title, 2014 ECAC Championship.

ASSISTANT COACH
Stevenson University, Women's Basketball
Promoted from Graduate Assistant to Assistant Coach. Increasing programs win total by ten win to a 24-4 record. Coached program to the MACC #1 Seed, most wins in program history, program's first ever conference title (MACC), first NCAA Tournament appearance & first NCAA Tournament win.

Was brought on to Coach the 2020 team & to help run the programs day to day operations, including but not limited to, college placement, scheduling, managing program website. Program saw huge growth with more then 65 future college basketball players developing within the program.

Developed and launch Think The Game during COVID as a way to aid student-athletes player development. By using game and practice film we are about to aid the the improvement of the student-athletes decision making.

FOUNDED MARYLAND BASKETBALL CLUB
Maryland Basketball Club, Girls Basketball
Founding Maryland Basketball Club to create a platform to aid high school student-athletes in their athletic development and through the recruiting process for mainly the D2 & D3 levels.

Was hired in June of 2022 as Assistant Coach under Bobbi Morgan. Increased win total, one win shy of doubling win total from pervious season. Coached Centennial Conference 4x First Team All-Conference selection & All-Sportsmanship Team selection. Post-season tournament appeance
